Shipping & Returns
Prices shown on the website include VAT for customers within the European Union. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We ship internationally. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated. Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs procedures, local carriers, or external factors beyond our control. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. Any customs duties, VAT or import taxes applicable to deliveries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including tracking information.
Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
Consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period. The item must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. Products must be returned unused, in original condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to make deductions for diminished value if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function. A prepaid return label will be sent to customers within Sweden and a return fee of €7 will be deducted from the refund. For international returns the customers are responsible for arranging and covering return shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at maylasangha@mayla.se. We will provide detailed return instructions and the correct return address based on your location. As we operate different return facilities depending on destination, items must not be returned without prior contact. Unauthorised returns may result in processing delays. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or proof of return shipment, whichever occurs first. Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us without undue delay. In such cases, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
