These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.maylasangha.com and any purchases made through the website. The website and brand Mayla Sangha are owned and operated by Mayla Sweden AB, company registration number 556871-0247, registered in Sweden.

 

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are displayed separately before checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct errors, or update product information at any time without prior notice.

 

A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical issues, or product unavailability.

 

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers, including Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

 

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and shipping carrier. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery timing rests with the carrier.

 

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within this 14-day period. The item must then be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of your withdrawal. Returned goods must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return and will be issued using the original payment method.

 

If a product is defective or incorrect, you must notify us without undue delay. Under Swedish consumer law, you have the right to make a complaint within three years, provided the defect is original and not due to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, or external damage.

 

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mayla Sweden AB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

 

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and branding elements, is the property of Mayla Sangha / Mayla Sweden AB and may not be used or reproduced without prior written consent.

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Swedish consumer protection legislation.
